practice with me
(live + recorded)
For as long as
I can remember,
I’ve been inspired by balance,
the properties of art, math and
movement —
spatial relevance
As an artist, yoga teacher, studio business owner, and breast cancer survivor, I’ve always found creative ways to approach life’s challenges. Yoga helps me to weave ideals and universal meanings into all that I do and create. For over 12 years, I’ve enjoyed working these elements into the classes that I teach, guiding students in their own discovery— that they CAN do much more than they thought possible…
And, you can too!

Practice with me on Saturdays + Thursdays to learn that advancing one's practice is not linked to any particular posture. It's about you looking at who YOU are, exploring YOUR connection to yourself— and trying things.
My classes are structured, yet playfully designed— meant to pull you outside and inside your personal strengths to elicit, and validate personal experience as a ground for deepening your understanding, and fostering self-development.

Practice on your own time.
Diagnosed with stage II breast cancer in January of 2016, I was both scared, overwhelmed and hit with anxiety. I was also angry and arrogant.
Cancer threatened to take my everything— my life, livelihood, ideals and identity as a yoga professional. When I could no longer run from the reality that cancer does not discriminate, I googled, and found Tari Prinster’s y4c videos. I immediately ordered her book.
Humbled by study and running inward, I recovered from my initial surgery, and came to realize the power that I hadn’t known was already there, and growing. My practical practice kicked in to support and guide me and within 4-months, I was certified with y4c. The experience has forever enriched my personal practice and my guiding of all students— y4c and not.
